Track Your Submission
To Check the status of your submissions, please refer to the Google Doc below. Refer to the tabs for each grading company to find and track the status of your submission(s).
PSA Status Definitions
Arrived - Your sub arrived and has been reviewed, counted, and verified.
Order Prep - Your sub was logged into the grading system and is ready to be processed.
Research & ID - Your sub is being researched so each item is correctly identified on the PSA label.
Grading - Your sub will go through the grading and authentication process.
Assembly - PSA labels are printed and each item is sonically sealed in a PSA holder.
QA Check 1 - Your grades are reviewed a 2nd time for accuracy.
QA Check 2 - Labels are reviewed for errors and slabs are reviewed for damage/defects.
Shipped - Grades "Pop" and items are shipped.

Shipping Prices:
1-4 Cards: Small box – $10
5-40 Cards: Medium Box – $18
41-120 Cards: Large Box – $25
$6 for additional insurance up to $25,000 (Optional)

Submission Guidelines
- No minimum grades.
- Payment must be received prior to cards being returned to you. No exceptions. An invoice will be sent to you based on your card submission.
- We can place an order whenever we like with however many cards.
- Shipping is not calculated into the price. When cards are shipped back to you, there will be an additional charge. You choose the shipping when receiving the cards back. If you want insurance, you pay for the insurance etc.
- Black Gold Sports Cards reserves all rights to post any unpaid invoices from PSA to eBay to cover the PSA bill after 5 business days of original invoice. Any earnings leftover will be returned after payment. An additional 5% fee on top of consignment percentages will be added onto the final bill.
