Livestreamer Position
20-40+ hours/week
Black Gold Sports Cards is seeking a self-motivated sales professional, working 20-40+ hrs/week, that can help grow our audience and influence profitability during live streaming broadcasts.
The Livestreamer position consists of selling sports cards live on camera over our two channels on Whatnot. We are looking to fill shifts during normal operating hours, but based on availability and proven independence, can expand into weekend and possibly overnight shifts.
Office attire is casual, and we strive for an easygoing, stress-free, team-focused environment. This business takes some getting used to, and we provide ample training to get you comfortable and productive.
The hourly rate for this position is based on experience and will be discussed at the time of interview. There will always be opportunity for raises with great performance and profitability. The more effective and reliable you are at your job, the more we want to pay you.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience a plus but not mandatory
- Outgoing personality and able to work well with and take feedback from a motivated team
- Understands most sports card brands for baseball, basketball, football (other sports a plus)
- Capable of opening, handling, sleeving and toploading sports cards with care
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Black Gold Sports Cards is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist whose sole focus is delivering fast, professional, and high-quality communication with our customers across all platforms.
This role is responsible for managing all inbound customer communication—email, live chat, social media messages, and marketplace messaging—ensuring every customer receives a timely, accurate, and brand-aligned response.
This is a critical position that directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and overall brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to all customer inquiries via:
• Email
• eBay / marketplace messaging
• Website chat
• Social media (Instagram, Whatnot, etc.)
• Maintain rapid response times (goal: same-day or faster)
• Provide accurate information regarding:
• Orders and shipping status
• Break formats and results
• Product availability
• Returns, refunds, and issues
• De-escalate and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Communicate clearly and consistently in the Black Gold brand voice
• Track and organize conversations to ensure no customer is missed
• Identify recurring issues and report them to management
• Work closely with shipping and breaking teams to get real-time updates
Requirements
• Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, fast)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask across multiple platforms at once
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic knowledge of sports cards is a plus (but not required)
